人(rén )才队伍建设是提升托(tuō )育(yù )服务质(zhì )量的(de )保障。面对(duì )当(dāng )前(qián )托(tuō )育专(zhuān )业人(rén )才短缺这(zhè )一瓶颈(jǐng ),长沙师(shī )范学院(yuàn )学前教育学院院长张晓(xiǎo )辉建议,从教师(shī )专业标准体(tǐ )系(xì )建设(shè )出(chū )发,将托育机构(gòu )师(shī )资(zī )纳入其(qí )中(zhōng ),提高托(tuō )育服务(wù )专业化(huà )水平;从(cóng )学历提(tí )升和专(zhuān )业(yè )成长考虑,拓宽(kuān )专业(yè )人员发展路径,增强托(tuō )育机构从(cóng )业人员对职业的归(guī )属(shǔ )感(gǎn )、荣(róng )誉(yù )感。
