人才队伍建设是(shì )提升(shēng )托育(yù )服务(wù )质(zhì )量(liàng )的(de )保障。面(miàn )对当前托育专(zhuān )业人(rén )才短(duǎn )缺(quē )这一(yī )瓶颈(jǐng ),长(zhǎng )沙(shā )师范学院(yuàn )学前教育学院院长张晓辉(huī )建议,从教师专(zhuān )业标准(zhǔn )体(tǐ )系建设出发,将托(tuō )育机(jī )构师(shī )资(zī )纳入(rù )其中,提高(gāo )托育服(fú )务(wù )专业化水平;从(cóng )学历提升(shēng )和专业(yè )成长(zhǎng )考虑,拓宽专(zhuān )业人员(yuán )发展路径,增(zēng )强托育机构从业(yè )人员对(duì )职业的归属感(gǎn )、荣(róng )誉(yù )感。
