做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。
