做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
