做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
